Labeling your tip ups?

I saw in another post that the DNR was giving tickets to guys who didn't have their tipups labeled. What do you need on them? Also how many are you allowed? I know in the summer we are allowed 3 poles, is that the same on the ice?

Wright your name and address on the flag.You are only allowed 3 lines in the water summer or winter  ;D

i put my info on the base. last year at hamilton i got a warning about that. my flag had blown off so i set it just outside the shanty. it didnt matter to him though. at least it didnt cost me nutin  ;D
