I tried it last year, I liked the hi-vis green color. The line was very kinky when it was cold, the diameter was also a little to thick, I went back to the 2lb hi-vis golden stren.

i have used the cortland ice 2# for the last 3 years... no problems with kinks memory or stretch! i like the yellow visibility it has! no complaints from me!
i have used the 4# as well, just not enough to comment on.
