I can't speak for the safety of the ice, but as I buzzed around today, the amount of fisherman were double what I have been seeing.  probably 20 people out on Cunningham today and about ten to fifteen at standing bear.  Its plenty cold to maintain what is there now, but it is raining a bit as of this post.  snow is slated for 7 am.

Fished Wanahoo this morning.  9" of ice.  Top inch was refroze from the last couple of days.  If it can hold through Sunday we should be good for awhile.

Saw open water on the east ends of a few farm ponds today near the spill ways this morning in north east Nebraska.be careful guys.the wind and rain didn't do us any good.
