Here's the most recent spear I made. Just waiting for a chance to take it out now. When I get home this weekend I'll take some pics of the other spears I've made.
I have never spearfished before so my question might sound stupid, but here goes. The handled of your spears look like they are metal. If they are don't they slide in your gloves making them difficult to get a good jabbing action and if you don't use gloves don't you get frostbite? Just curious.Travis

hey, i'm new to this site. i'm looking to buy a new spear. i have a nine tine i bought from knutsons in brooklym mi and i speared a pretty good pike with and it swam off and bent my tines so, now i'm looking for good one that wont bend. i really like some of the ones you guys made. would anyone be interested in making one for me?
