Kinkaid?

I'm taking a musky/crappie trip to kinkaid during the last week of March and I was wondering if the lake is frozen right now and has it had a hard freeze this winter? And if not what is the water temperature.

 It wasn't frozen as of 2 weeks ago. 
 The water was 43 degrees and the muskies were hitting traps pretty well.  Mid to low 30" fish so far, but nice to catch them in Feb.
