Making a pond
« on: Dec 30, 2018, 12:39 AM »
I've got a little acreage and lots of water near Billings.  Thinking about punching a hole- max 2 acres- and filling it with water for crappie and maybe goose hunting.  Anyone have any input on this?

Your going to need to consult the state and F&G or pay big fines and reclamation fees when they find out you didnt.

For some reason I can't seem to post the link but if you google fwp pond guide you will find a lot of "useful" information.
