Well I think its time we set a HUT PARTY date. I propose January 14th as the day. I will cook the meats again but will purchase it myself and let people donate if they can. I will do smoked brisket, Chicken and breakfast burritos and green chili. So if you want to bring any side dish's feel free. We will be in Poisen creek bay this year just for easy access from the boat ramp. Olefish

4.   Breakfast burritos Saturday morning
5.    BBQ sauce
6.   Surprise item
What else do we need?
1.   Cans of baked beans
2.   Buns for brisket and pork loin sandwitches
3.   Chips
4.   Salsa
5.   Salads
6.   Desserts if you want some.
7.   Whatever you like
8. Frying oil
9. Cups, plates, paper towels, bowls

My fat boy steer went in on the 12th. Hang for 2.5 weeks and then he'll be done. I'll let you know when I have it in hands but consider the brisket taken care of.
