Really cool footage and nice edit. I am way overdue in getting a pole mount for my GoPro so I can get some of those underwater shots. Does your buddy know the brand of that pole? Thanks!
My friend Ryan made an entertaining video of our group catching a few from this weekendhttp://youtu.be/a4HVpOSj6mE
Thanks for the info, Jager61.
I was lucky enough to score a cisco over the weekend in an odd way. I made my way to a drunken groups area after they left to pick up the tipup line and cig butts they left behind. I appreciate the english lesson they provided for the 5 kids I had out there with me. I also appreciate the cisco they left with the pile of trash. I sunk the cisco on a tipup in 10fow while I jigged perch. I was kind of hoping for a decent pike, but didn't cry over seeing our largest trout this year. Instant gratification in it's finest for right here. ]
Does anyone have any info on how much ice is off of pilots knob and how much is off of million dollar beach.. Looking to go out in morn
Heard a report of a 19 pound laker caught in the North basin near Hague today.
Which 2 man . Pull over, would you recommend for walking.I like being mobile. But don't want to have a heart attack. Thanks.I have a 1 man now. Just want to be able to invite a friend once in awhile.
Clam two man is awesome, it stinks loading and unloading into the SUV but I pack a ton of stuff ( that will change this weekend with the snow) I'll report back after I drag it in the snow. It seems ok in snow in the backyard though, it could a few more Inches of lip on the front for sure.
Might not have to worry much about snow other than bays. Not much fell last night. I think once the winds get cranking it'll blow most off the main lake.
That's great news, thanks Jon
The gopro was mounted to a lacross stick for the under water shots.
Wats the best bait for lakers? Hunts??? Or shiners
Artificial lures.
