Deer meat for the ice

Thanks to my son Dylan, for getting the job done this morning.
This was his first deer 4pt 114lbs.....one proud Mom 😀
Going to taste good when we're out fishing.
Good luck to anyone who hunts, I'm still searching for my deer!

Congrats on the first deer! doesn't matter what size it is or how big the antlers are.  Its the memories we make enjoying the outdoors!  He will be one proud kid feeding his family out on the ice showing off his hard work!

congrats on first deer,glad he hunts to many wany too play video games.got mine tues. nite was 4 pointer got in fight now 2 pointer 141lbs wil be good up 2  chamberlain this year.  arnie

Any venison is great for ice fishing.  BUT?  I've never thought of backstap making it past the first supper?   Fried onions and peppers and backstrap are always a family event.
