underwater cam from harbor freight

has anyone seen or purchased the underwater cam they are selling at harbor freight?
i have a flasher but for 100 bucks may be worth getting but unsure.  looks just like the atlantis cam the only differnce i see is the atlanis has a 92 deg viewing angle and the harbor freight model has 70 deg viewing angle.  might be a you get what you pay for or it might work good. any input???

I have no experience with the camera from Harbor freight, but just read a thread on some other board(sorry can't find it) where the guy says a friend bought one and is very satisfied with it.
