whats the best rig/technique to jig golden shiners threw the ice, and what bait?

I usually catch them in shallow water 4-10fow , jigging for gills with a small jig tipped with spikes .

man, u dont gotta be an ass. what bait do you use for catching shiners? well duhh i dotn use minnows Im thinking bout waxies, spikes, mousies that kinda bait
