Nice fish, all you guys! That's what it's all about. I feel like I"m being held prisoner over on this side of the mountain - this weather hasn't been too conducive to getting the boat out :-\ Keep up the good work!

Great posts BD. I had a blast this weekend. I have a new found respect for the way you guys fish. Compared to you guys us gorge fishermen are lazzzzy! I hope we can do it again sometime. Maybe next time spud will be able to make it. Me and DuhWhite will try to repay the favor whenever you guys make it down this way, but this weekend will be hard to top. Talk to you later BD.

Duhwhite and I spent our last day on the ice today. It turned out to be a pretty good day. I pulled this decent laker through the ice. It was the only fish that I got on top of the ice but not because they weren't biting, just couldn't keep em hooked. The ice at Fremont is starting to look mighty shady. I had about 10 or 12 inches of good ice under me, but Duhwhite had only about 5 or 6 inches of good ice 50 or so yard away. I wouldn't trust it too much longer with the warmer temps showing up. Fish was released.

Didn't have a scale or tape measure with us but looked to be around 12 lbs.

BD, I have purchased a boat, just couldn't get down to get it due to the lovely spring snow storm we had last weekend.  None the less I do own one now and as luck would have it get to be on call for the first weekend of its ownership, yeah.  I will post pics of it probably Friday or Saturday when i get it home.

I will second that BD. It is time for the softwater fishing. Good luck to everyone on the water this summer. It was a good season and I will be looking forward to spending next years ice season back here with the ice shanty crew.

BD Awesome fish man,  can't wait till i get to pick mine up this next July.  Looks to me like its gonna be worth the wait.  Whats the ice conditions looking like up there.  The green river has been floating ice the past 3 or so days, so hopefully the gorge will be soon to follow. Team wyo will kill the competition this year right boys.
