I have an older than dirt Strikemaster Mag 2000, probably around 12+ yrs.
It has a chipper blade and has been one of the mot reliable pieces of gas equipment I have ever owned. I have only had to change out the plug and have purchased a new blade that has never had to be opened. It does not have the pressure valve thing or a primer bulb. Choke it, pull 3 times and it is running.
I still have and use the ORIGINAL blade. I had it sharpened by a friend of mine years ago and he showed me how to do it myself.
