Anyone been on Martinsdale lately?

i heard it was  like only frozen towards the dam area.   im checking it out tomorrow possibly

My 11 yr. old gets quite irked when we by- pass the Turn-off headin north. Its been a plan when we leave town. But havin a new shack, i want to wind test it gradually and get a rythum of set up and take down with not so strong winds. Also havent heard of ice depth there.

Ice was good towards the dam on the 8th, but it was a fricken dust storm when I tried to fish it. Everything I had got covered!

since the ice is ok maybe a guy could haunker down over by the boat dock depending on which direction the hurricanes are coming from

i was there today  caught 2 nice fish lost a few more ice is good 10 towards dam  the inlet side looks like it will be gettin good in the next couple days    there was no wind today either.
