rod holders on transport sled

anyone have good ideas for transporting rod on the outside of a covered sled like say a jet sled. We have been putting the rods in cases put the takes up to much room in the sled. post me a picture if you have something. We use 4ft rods and pull the sled out with snoowmachines. any idea is a good one thanks

I don't know if it will help but I use rod holders off my boat attached to my auger rack support arms.  Look to the right of the auger blade cover and you'll see the white locking mechanism at the top of the holder.
