 I believe those "stripers" are actually white perch, a close family member to the striper.

Nope wrong again lol- either white bass "whipers" or yellow bass


Both are hybrid fish and grow to about 16in or so and are delicious- there 100%freshwater and great for pond stocking 8)

whipers are hybrid stripers...white bass are white bass....lol.....whiper s are a cross between a striper and a white bass.....nice pics....
