After returning my jiffy pro4 lite for the 3rd time I decided to get away from jiffy just have had bad luck. I've been looking at the Honda lite by strikemaster, has anyone been useing this auger for a period of time and have you had any issues with it?

On my second season with the Strikemaster Honda and love it. Starts first or second pull every time, lightweight, no mixing the gas and oil, quiet and cuts very quickly.

I definitely wouldn't call it underpowered, it cuts very very quickly. I've also tried one of the Jiffy Pro4 propane augers and the speed seemed comparable. If more power is what you're after you may want to look at the Strikemaster Lazer series.

Second season for mine with no complaints. Never considered iT to be underpowered, but I have the eight inch model. Starts great and sips gas.
