2014 Non Resident fishing license

 How early can you buy a 2014 South Dakota Non Resident fishing license? A guy I work with said I should be able to buy one now and it would be good from now until Jan 2015. Sounds off to me, but thought I would ask.

He was correct.  New licenses go on sale Dec 15th.
