Bait trapping after a dry fall
« on: Dec 18, 2016, 09:06 PM »
How's the luck been with bait trapping after the dry spell we had? Most of the places I checked out over the summer dried up to nothing by mid fall. I had ok luck in a small bog last year but it's a hike and it also dried up. Can't help but wonder how the brookies held up in the streams, it was a sad sight here in the western mtns.

The pond out back was the lowest I've seen it in 10 yrs. it was down 6' from normal water level is not up to where it was a year ago but bait is about normal.
