Looks like Scott is in the woods today hunting, well, something. Coyotes? He'll get back and see your Militia purchase and activate the privileges. Sometime today almost certainly. As soon as you see the Militia tag on your profile you'll be good. Just open a thread you've posted to and it will look like this under your name:
