I've successfully stored/hoarded some very fine cigars for years before smoking. Tell us Reinhart, when you smoke those tullibees, which end do you light?
Seriously, only a few months in the freeze they should be just fine. Let us know how they turn out

Love, love, love smoked fish! No Cisco’s or tullibees here, but I’ve smoked just about every local fish that swims (except walleyes). These were some stocker trout about mid-smoke. Damn tasty. Not worth a crap on a dinner plate, but smoked they’re some mighty fine snackin’, both straight and in dips.

Smoked bullheads... Not the dinks but the 2 pounders they grow on the Chip over by Hayward. Beats 'em all, at least in my book.
