Turkey day fishing?

Anybody heading out tomorrow? What species are you targeting? We're still weeks away from ice around here....

I am!!! Just got back a bit ago from some soft water rainbow action...with my ice-fishing gear! 68 degrees out. Heading out tomorrow for something to do.  :)

I was hoping for ice by turkey day but it aint happening, I'm now hoping for the first weekend in December. I will be fishing for white tail deer with a 150 grain .270 till this Sunday.

Sunny and 60 for tomarrow. Me and son in law are taking the kayaks out to make sure the gills are still on my ice fishing hotspot  ;D Wife says no dinner till 6 so I'm fishing!

I keep hearing all this hype about how bad this winter is going to be here in the northeast and I gotta' say it's not looking too good so far. it feels more kike spring to me lately.

Nice choice with the 270! Mine likes 140 gr the best...... Anyway, as eriksat1 would say, I'm fishing for elk tomorrow- after the early turkey of course.

Made it out last weekend, but the wind and warm weather made that impossible tomorrow. Hope to find miss whitetail instead.

I went today with the boat. Caught probably 100 crappies in 3 hours culled that down to 25 keepers wich is the legal limit here in Iowa. Also help an elderly couple get on some fish as they seemed to be having trouble staying on them.

I was on a bus and just happened to be sitting on a news paper. This guy came up and asked. "Are you reading that ?"
I said  yes, stood up, turned the page and sat back down.
