I just got a recorder for my aqau-vu...made a few videos but they are long and I want to cut them down...What is a good program to down load that will help me with this...?

If you have Windows ME,2000, or XP you should have Movie Maker on your computer already and its pretty good.
As far as on-line free software try Download.com possibly.
