Ribs on Ice
« on: Dec 11, 2006, 12:08 PM »
When ever I go ice fishing for a day or two, I always take the little Smokey Joe BBQ'er. I always take some ribs to cook, along with deer steak and some hamburger.  I don't think it gets any better than a good hot smoked meal with a few beers on the ice.  ;D   :P

I never have any trouble getting rid of the extra meat.   Beer makes me cold on the ice so I'll take coffee.
