Harbor Beach

Never ice fished the harbor but we're thinking about going there this weekend.  Wondering how the ice is there and where everyone goes out at.  Been there lurking before during the ice season and it seems most go out of Bathing Beach park by the long pier, is that the best place to go out at?  What about the state launch near the north wall?  Have fished Lexington and Port Sanilac during ice season but looking for something a little different.  Targeting the usual harbor fish, browns, steelies, perch and maybe pike.  Any info would be greatly appreciated :)

I would be interested as well. I just got back from Lexington and there was about 8-10" there.
