I know! I had 23 yesyerday morning and 70 degrees in the afternoon! I'd really like to go from deer season right to the ice. But that never happens here.

2 years ago we were on Blackie the Sunday after Thanksgiving with 4" of ice, dream-on this year.

It kills me, I got my shelter out of storage to sell it and bought a new one. Now I dont want to put the new one away.  I'm running out of excuses to keep it in the living room. I put runners on it, put eyebolts for the pull rope to hook to, put carabiners on the rope so it disconnects easy cuz i hate when it freezes to the ice, rearranged all my gear, then got it out and rearranged it again.  What else can I tinker with so the woman sees a reason to have it inside?  HELP!

I know what your goin through Pig! I got some stuff out last night to tinker with, and set them in the new mud room, I've been working on, for the night. The first thing this morning she says, "how long you gonna let that stuff set there"?  :o wow it was only there 10 hours maybe :unsure:

That was nice. Extended weather looks promising right around Thanksgiving and beyond.  If you dare look at accuweather extended forescast as it shows lows in the teens at night.  :o
