Shooting for Friday
« on: Jan 06, 2014, 05:33 PM »
Hopefully the warm weather today just melted the snow and didn't eat into what solid ice was there. I'm hoping that the next 3 days of cold weather will lock it back up enough to get my fat a*s out there Friday and be at least "semi-confident" I won't go for a swim.

Ideally want to get on Stump, but conditions will dictate. Might have to settle for a smaller pond Tarklin maybe? Great to her about the sled. Definitely have to hook up some day.

Going to Wordens Thurs. and Fri. if anyone's interested.  I went during that quick snap Dec. 17th.  2 Pickeral and at the end of the day crossed a darn pressure crack and in I went!  No loss, just wet, and a little ice lock on the bibs!  Better on the way out than on the way there I suppose?  Message me if anyone's interested.  I fish from sunrise till I can't see the flags!  That choice is yours!  LOL
