for the last 2 years is fished the last weeknd in may. we did very well. thinking on planning another trip around that time again this year. do u guys think that will be a good time? to early or to late?

Those last two weekends in May can be the best fishing all year on Waubay, I know last year I fished Waubay the last weekend in May and Caught are limit of walleyes in 15-20mins(of course that was two per person) and then fished for smallmouth the rest of the day and caught many over 18in.
