does anybody have any ice conditions up north of indian lake? i wanna make one more trip. leaving 430 am tommorow so i would really like to now how the shores r doing. especially 4th lake. thanks

I was looking at the still water resevoir cam which is near 4th lake.  It is showing what looks like a big section of open water.

hmmmm well thats not good. there was 2 feet of ice last weekend.

I fished South Pond Sunday.  I had 18" of ice in the morning and it was going quick during the afternoon.  The edges were looking pretty rough by the time I left.  I am willing to bet the shoreline is long gone by now.  It got much warmer since Sunday.  I would be surprised if there is any safe ice left anywhere in New York.  Be careful if you go.

Last weekend guys were fishing Schroon,  now edges shot, ice turning dark, done.
