Was a nice weekend to get out .

After 2 hours of running around looking for bait my buddy and I finally made it to colyer lake . Approx. 7-8 inches of ice ended up catching 2 perch about 6 inches my buddies was and 3 . folks next to us had shiners and caught 4 pike while we were there biggest was maybe 15. Sure felt good to be back out hope it lasts awhile.

Glad to hear that you had a good first trip. Just remember that it's early in the season yet and there are lot's of fish to catch.

LOT OF FISH TO CATCH, AND LOTS OF BEER TO DRINK, LET JUST HOPE IT GETS COLD AGAIN AND KEEPS SAFE ICE/

The more fish we release, is more fish we all can catch.  b/c we all like to catch.   Catch, Photo, Release!!  Such an easy concept, but so hard for others to understand!!!!!
