Hes obviously getting along fine without the eye ;D Get'em an eye patch and he could be a pirate trout :laugh:

Never caught one ice fishing, just from the Hudson years ago early after ice out.
Nice fish, Looks like a decent size laker.

Nice pic.  Funny thing is I caught a laker as well a few years ago, blind in one eye too.  35.5"  The only blind fish I've ever caught.  I figure it was caught once before but hooked in the eye.......proof catch and release works though.

Nope, CPR'd.   We release pretty much all of our trout, except for a few barely legal ones from lake george.

Whew,In my college days One eyed trout meant something different.  I wasnt sure I really wanted to look, but now Im glad I did.  Nice catch!

 :nono: :nono: i release those nasty alewive fed pigs, and keep a few of those delicious lake george fish.  Dan, I baked that laker up from Saturday and it was unbeleivable.  The lakers in Lake George are in big trouble!

I hope whatever we end up getting from this storm doesn't limit travel on the ice for a while.  I just don't want to put down the laker sticks.  Having way to much fun.  I took a few fish to a guy to get smoked the other night.  Can't wait to get some back to try.

i think the storm is going to F us big time, unless  you can find us a snowmobile, that is :laugh:

i want to try that stuff when it comes back from the smokers.  If smoking makes lake ontario salmon palatable, i'm betting it can do the same for those fatty togue.
