Gatorhunters Good Weekend
« on: Jan 30, 2005, 09:11 PM »
Got on the lake Fri. at noon until Sun afternoon. Finally got some serious fishing in!!

Fri. nite

Got a couple 18" walleye from inside the shanty. Does anyone else set tip-ups inside? It's really exciting when it pops in the middle of a cribbage hand.  ;D ;D

We must have caught 4 northerns after 2 a.m. Fri. and Sat. nite. Anyone else getting nocturnal gators? I've caught them before but very rarely; it was strange. Didnt get any pics we were half asleep; hopefully get some next weekend!
If you jig it...... They will come.

That looks like some good therapy you got going there  ;D

Nice looking fish, even better eatin ;)  I like the idea of the bucket.  I might try to do that outside of a shanty to keep he snow from blowing in the wholes.  GReat idea!!  tight lines
