Milton Three Ponds locked up

Drove to the dump this morning and noticed that almost all of Milton Three Ponds was locked up with ice.  Not really sure if there is any public access to it, but if people know of any spots to get on the ice let me know.

I have gotten on at the town beach just north of where you took that photo.  Easy access when the gate is open.

Yeah, I have no idea why they lock the gate.   >:(  We go swimming there in the summer.
