Anyone still have the link to see the ice forming on Champlain from the NOAA satellite?

Sorry neither of those show the ice formation. I'll have to dig back thru old posts on Is to find it.

Mudchuck, EOSDIS shows satellite photos from every day.  You have to zoom in.  It won't show the ice on a cloudy day, so you have to move through the dates to find a clear day.
It doesn't look like the satellite has passed over us yet today.

Strangely, it doesn't look like yesterday's photos from our area got posted.  That's disappointing.

The most recent clear view I could find is from Dec 13:
https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/?p=geographic&l=VIIRS_SNPP_CorrectedReflectance_TrueColor(hidden),MODIS_Aqua_CorrectedReflectance_TrueColor(hidden),MODIS_Terra_CorrectedReflectance_TrueColor,Reference_Labels(hidden),Reference_Features(hidden),Coastlines&t=2018-12-13-T00%3A00%3A00Z&z=3&v=-74.43421740943035,43.51464843750002,-72.29408069068035,45.65698242187502

And thank goodness it's never cloudy in upstate NY in December!

Thanks for sharing the link, pretty neat!
