ice is fine, had 10 inches where I was, by float bridge. watch out for the old holes though a couple are pretty wide from the rain, but I jigged in a couple of them with out a problem.
on the other note I have never caught as many blue gill as I did today in my life. I had 50 on the ice by noon and it didn't stop there (65 total). I stayed until 3 ish and caught a pike, a burbit (bullhead), and like 10 golden shiners. had a bass on as well but he made away with my jig head, that was nice of him.
going back for round 2 tomorrow!
