Frabill outpost shanty good customer service

Broke a poll on my Frabill Outpost shanty up north last weekend, called earlier this week and the guy immediately said he would ship me (2) poles free of charge so I'd have a back-up. Didn't even ask when I bought the shanty (was just inside a year anyways). Tough to find good service these days!

Not thermal. I like it so far for 2 people. I wish it was a touch bigger so you could fit a sled inside to put jackets etc into. I don't have many to compare it too though!
