Fished at Lake Winthrop in Holliston today...

The public boat launch had 1 1/2" inches and my buddy got his tootsies wet figuring that out.
We fished the beach which had 3 to 3 1/2 inches. Caught 4 decent bass with one around
3 lbs. A local cop came to check on us and get an ice report.
