Us Muskegon Lake guys may as well get the boats back out. Me I'll maybe think about thawing some spawn and heading for the river - that or sleep in (and drink more!).
Just to let you all know how little rain and runoff we have had, my last trip on the river a before x mas we were pulling out huge amounts of fresh leaves from the bottomr that did not have a chance to work their way out of the system yet. Out drought has been a real killer on water levels and flushing out the rivers. The big rain we got (instead of the snow) had finally pushed all of the leaves off the banks and right into my prime fishing holes which usually is a November thing.
Be safe - fish on!
