Keeping Fish
« on: Jan 29, 2010, 11:07 AM »
I'm not sure where to ask this, or where to look. How much fish can we keep out of Lake Champlain? Is there a limit to size, species, weight? It's just going to be two of us, and we are only using one jigging rod, and 4 or 5 tip ups.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I was able to find information for everything but bass in the winter months. Does that mean I can keep whatever I want? Or none at all? Or do they just not expect for them to be hitting in the winter months?

It's always a good idea to have a state book with you wherever you go.  Champlain regs are real clear in the book.  I know champlain regs by memory but always have a book anyway.  you should be able to get one at almost any bait shop ,sporting good store, wal mart etc... and as with evrything else the regs are available on-line
