Scored some lunch

Got out for a little while this morning on a little warm water pond. I put it my first trap and the flag sprung as I walked towards the next hole, pulled a good eater size perch up and reset the trap... Got ten feet away and flag again, and another nice perch. After the third time of the same thing happening I gave up on the trying to set traps and just hung out on this hole with my rod. Jigged in a couple dozen yellows over an hour and half or so and brought home around 10 for a fry. The action was non stop until the moment the sun came out and it just locked 'em right up. Was a great way to kill some time while I wait for the call from Pelletier's to tell me my Bayrunner just showed up. Didn't have a camera on the ice but got a pic of who was invited for lunch at home.

Some rolled in white corn meal and deep fried for a snack while I took the time to do the rest cooked in butter, garlic, shallots, and a little white wine then served on top of brown rice and some snap peas.
