Great day before the storm

We were on a small pond in the Harrisville area with the softside setup and warm by 6:30 Saturday morning. We both had out 5 traps and then both jiggin in the shanty. I had a small pic grab my Swedish Pimple on the first drop and the action kept up all day... funny thing is I only had luck jigging with only a couple flags and just one YP on traps but in the shanty I just kept bringing the pan fish up, even jigged up a small Larry. My buddy Chris on the other hand couldn't get a nibble on the rod but had flags all day catching his PB ice Largemouth and then topping it an hour later with a bigger Larry. No pics of the YP and BGs I was pulling up (it was dark in the shanty) but got a few of Chris's bass.
