Talked to a friend of mine today and he said Shelburne Pond was capped and that means Cochester pond should be solid too. He said guys were fishing drainage ditches off of setbacks in Alburg on 2 inches for perch.
Willing to bet Elmore has 6+ inches.

Fern Lake in Leicester has 3" and the southern half of Dunmore looks locked up.
