went out to my favorite honey hole with mainefisherman and tlunt. had a good time caught a 10" brookie, 14" splake wasnt able to photo, 22" togue, 17inch togue, two 14" salmon only got a picture of one. and landed 5 yellow perch with the jig pole. deffinetly a successful day

You boys had some action for sure and quite a variety,

Someone must have sent them fish to Jenny Craig.

I take it there isn't much for bait in there or a severe over population, too bad with a good variety like that.

i beleive it could be an over population because there are plenty of bait fish in this lake! its a big lake too so theres alot of forage and places to roam for these fish. the salmon are small because the fishery is being reunited into the lake. and that brookie was a stockie for sure! those were the smallest brookies,splake and salmon we have ever caught out of there!

iff u look at other pics there back grounds are swirled to. all these pics come from the same lake. aint ya no? its a magical lake in the northern maine woods!

in a way i guess more like island. thats where we get on is by the island on the peninsula side. gunna be moving alot too so we may move up more towards the point. just gunna search for the big one for statewide.

If i pulled out a rainbow i would hae been stunned! the only trouti was missing out of this lake was a brown trout. alltho the population of them in this lake are very scarce. the only reason there in here are because theycame from neighboring lakes.

do you rememer where you were when you guys had that one on? we havent landed anything bigger than a 4lber where we are. but ive caught 2 over 3 and 3 over 2lbs this year

i got a 5lber last year 500 yards from here

hmmmm thats not exactlly a perfect contender. were not going to keep anything less than 6lbs esp. seeing how its a 1 togue limit.
