Smith's Bay Okoboji

Look's like an ice shack is on Smith's Bay....go to www.okoboji.com.....click on the 1st webcam.  Any reports on conditions up there?

I recognize that guy! Theres some ice but not a ton. Once you get past the broken up chunks along shore it gets thin in a hurry. Wont be long and it`ll be safe way out there.
Every plastics manufacturer claims plastics outfish livebait. So now I use livebait just for the increased challenge.

Yes it is, on the West Lake side.  Right in front of the 4 Seasons Resort (great place to stay during an ice fishing trip).

Smith's Bay is apart of West Lake on the on the west side of the highway 71
