rod holder
« on: Oct 24, 2005, 08:42 AM »
I finally found a rod holder that should work well. I picked one up at Gander Mountain over the weekend and did a few mod's to it. It was made for a normal sized rod so I had to shorten it a bit for a jigging rod. The uprite's are spaced at 2" apart so I drilled holes accordingly on the lip of the sled and will do this the entire way across so I can put numerous rods within reach ;D I was going to make something myself but for $1.94 and crome plated how could I go wrong

Hey that is pretty sharp!!  I am always fumbling with rods in the portable and it is even worse when there are two adults in there.  I might have to make a trip to Gander and see what they have.

Carpcatcher,
Is that a Stackwood wall I see in the backround?
