If anyone wants to drop off venison at dags I can collect the meat and cook a batch for saturday. I used 8# for the open house and I'm getting low now. But with enough venison I'll make it happen. I'll need 10# and I'll make a big old batch Friday night. Then we'll talk about methane risk :tipup:

I would need to make the Chili Friday night so if anyone local wants to donate deer meat I guess you could drop it Dags and I can pick up Thursday afternoon. It will take a good amount 10# or so to make a bucket of Chili. If we can get close to that I can make up the difference. Stew meat or a roast if you have it I dont use burger I just mince up bigger cuts...If we cant get enough venison I suppose I could do beef but then it gets pricey. I can take care of all the rest of the ingredients. PM me or post with any questions or suggestions...Gary
