Anybody fish Blanchard recently? Wondering if the ice is thick enough out on the main body?

Hey guys just thought I'd update for everyone. I had a friend fish Blanchard today. Said the ice in the large part of the lake was around 5 in. He only fished a few hrs but still only caught 3 dink perch.

I was there Friday afternoon.  It's about 3-4 inches by the boat ramp. There were several folks out past the narrows, on the east side where the south lobe opens out. Didn't see anyone past there, out in the "crappie hole". Looked like maybe a set of 4 wheeler tracks went towards the narrows, but can't confirm that.

If I\'m not fishing, I\'m probably thinking about fishing...And if I\'m thinking about fishing, I\'m probably not getting much else done so, I might as well go fishing...Yeah, I just said that!

Went to Blanchard today.  Enough ice for 4-wheeler.  Didn't see any action. Heard about a bass being caught.  Remember to keep them they have to be over 22''

Went out Tuesday a couple of pike, couple of pumkins, and about 6 perch no keepers. Funniest thing though setting there fishing when all of a sudden here comes two miniture ponies pulling a man and a woman seperate harnesses with the fishing gear and sled got to say I have seen it all now.
