I mean, when was the last documented case of Trich from a pig? I still send it pink to this day. Bear though, I don’t mess with. Great idea for a diet though

Agree.  Aside from my wife, my family won't eat the pork I cook.  They insist it's undercooked.  I insist it's perfect.
