A budweiser can in the early morning or a new castle bottle in the afternoon. Or a batch of bloody Mary pre mixed at home. Come on Iowa weather let's get these lakes iced up. Can I get a booyah

Miller High Life a great beer at a great price' after all you doing is renting it! I know the official beer of southern Iowa is Busch/LIght simply by doing a roadside/ditch survey. On the subject of Bloody Marys though, the (absoulute) bomb for mix is Bloody Mike's Spicy!!! Da Bears Coach Mike Ditka's own special mix it's not available here in Iowa that I know of, but I have a friend who has family in the Windy City and always brings me back some!

best bloody mary mix: moms homemade tomoato juice mixed half and half with store bought tomato juice. add celery salt, pepper, lots of worcheshire sauce, and a healthy dose of pickle juice, then vodka and a dill spear! they go right through you, but boy are they tasty!

I feel like you can relate to this? I dont know about those city clickers from the big city (dubuque), but us country folk out west (dyersville) sure do love the stuff, or atleast my generation does! (im 19 LOL)

When I'm with buddies its busch light, but this year might have to get a couple 6'ers of leini's fireside nut brown ale. So yummy!

bud light, busch light, and jager bombs, although there has been some blackberry brandi, long island ice teas, and some ice hole just on the cold days.....no drinking problem here

We also like to bring a bottle of McGillacuddy's Mentholmint along to the local pond too. I see Doc's has a new "apple pie" shnapps this year. May have to bust that one out too. Who knows, we may be shore fishing by this time next week

Dogfishhead 90 ipa, Bells two hearted ipa is good, 8ball stout, Rogue Hazelnut brown nectar.
Theres to many good ones to name.
And if ya wanna get real saucy take the bigfoot barleywine challenge
