Homemade Towing on ATV

I got an idea on my project on towing and havent take it test on ride   take look the pictures

you might want to find the largest fender washer sold at your hardware store & swap them out. it would be a more rugged point of attachment for the eye bolts you're using. it does look good though ;)

Plan to put 4 aluminum plates  on each eye on inside n outside to protect the tub tear up this weekend

Is that white ABS pipe or similar from the T connector forward?  If it breaks anywhere, that will be the weakest link.

heavy duty  PVC   attract t screw it   aluminum throught into T connector not two pieces

I had a few problems with carabiners comeing apart in travel,I switched to missing links to be  on the safe side,

Today I took my atv get my eskimo wide one ran around for test  Passed no break or loose  Ready to go.....

Thats really great.  I was just looking at the commercial tow bars, and they are pretty expensive.  I was just going to do a search on some homemade ones.  Nice job on that.....so the long piece from the atv into the 'T' is just heavy duty pvc?  Again, very nice.....thanks for posting.

Nice, that should work just fine. You might want to use a pin with a cotter key instead of the "drop in bolt" to connect to the ATV. Might bounce out of the hole. I have used the bolt with a nut on it only to have the nut vibrate loose and fall off so pin with cotter might be best
